Realizar as integrações

É possível integrar o Help Center a vários serviços para ampliar a experiência dos usuários. Atualmente temos disponíveis as integrações com o Google Analytics e o Google Tag Manager.

Para um novo Help Center, solicite para o administrador Paulo Henrique Paixão a configuração do Google Analytics e do Google Tag Manager.

Neste artigo

Passo 1: Acessar o Help Center

  1. Na barra superior do Confluence, clique na aba Aplicativos

  2. Clique em Scroll Viewport

  3. Na lista, selecione o Help Center que deseja realizar a integração

  4. Clique no botão Edit theme

Passo 2: Adicionar os IDs

  1. Clique em Integrations

  2. No campo ANALYTICS, selecione Google

  3. Nos campos Analytics ID e Tag manager ID, copie e cole os IDs conforme o Help Center abaixo
